Shipping:

Unless otherwise specified, all orders placed by 4pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 4pm EST on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the second business day.

Sales Tax:

For consumer direct transactions, sales tax will apply. Tax for these orders is charged to products only - no tax is charged on shipping.

Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy:

All Autumn Leaves products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, simply email us to arrange for either a replacement or refund for the purchased product(s) within 30 days with original packaging and copy of your sales receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns are accepted after the 30-day period. We will exchange damaged materials. The purchaser is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the product to Autumn Leaves. Returned merchandise should be shipped using some traceable method such as UPS or FedEx.
